SRS 2010 Format for race meetings

Best 4 from 5 to count towards the 2010 SRS Champion

Firstly, each club involved in the SRS will be responsible for running their respective events:

There will be a standard format for the series:
 
3 rounds of qualifying
Best 2 from 3 to count
Finals will have a minimum of 3 bump-ups
Final lengths are at the clubs discretion on the day
 
The cost of the 2010 SRS will be £12 per racer, with £10 going to the clubs and £2 going towards the end of series SRS Trophies and entry into the Champion of Champions event.

Frankley Model Car Club would like to say a special thanx to Dave Griffiths and Lisa Beddows for saving the end of series presentation from turning into a bit of an embarrassment by again ending up with no trophies from a shop that was supporting the Series, In the summer, it was Junction 8 Models and this Winter was a shop that at present cannot be named for legal reasons

The 2010 Silver State Nitro Challenge has been going on this week, and we are approaching the main events right now.  This year the Silver State returns to the Silver Bowl race track, and the competition so far has been fierce with drivers attending from all over the world.  The B-Mains are under way right now, and the A-Mains will be up soon.  Make sure you tune in as you won't want to miss this event!

piraterc.com news Frankley is running a BRCA Nationals warm up race (the venue for round 1) on the 28th of March.

The event will be run by the BRCA Rallycross Committee to full National standards and format. Great chance for a shakedown for drivers doing the series or those who just want to get a feel for what Nationals are all about.

Booking in can be done via the Frankley Website, entry is £10.
