Neo Race 2006 Neo Invitational event at Harper Adams

 

My first nitro race ever, what an event to pick, I am using the team car that the CML team used at a previous 6 hour endurance event, LRP engines and pipe, O’Donnell fuel, Proline tires, Bodies, wheels and wing. It’s been a steep learning curve just getting the car ready for the race. The support from the CML team for getting the car up and running has been superb, the support from LRP for my engines has been outstanding also, thanks to Andy Krämer and Reto König, their products and their advice leading up the event made me feel better about my first attempt at Nitro racing.

Race Reports: David Crompton reports back on the Team Magic M1-B (1169 Reads)

After the weekends Neo Invitational race meeting
where David used the pre production Team Magic M1-B, David said that the car
responds well to slight changes in setup, he improved the cars performance by

over 20seconds by the end of qualifying.

Race Reports: Proline Badlands Challenge - Rd 3 - 17th Dec (1132 Reads)

Pro Line

This was the third round of the 2006 Proline Badlands Challenge series at Sandy, kindly sponsored by CML and Proline, with Proline Badlands tyres being the control tyre for rallycross entries.

This meeting was a good opportunity for club drivers to gain extra points as most of the team drivers, including the current series leader, Karl Jackson, were away attending the 3-day Neobuggy invitational meeting at Harper Adams for both rallycross and truggies, competing against some of the world's best drivers' .
