With round 8 cancelled with snow two weeks later sun and drought on the way, again the HNMC track team made sure the track was at the best they could do with the weather they had.
102 drivers made the trip, the buzz in the pits way Beta tyre chat the arrival of the first batches at hit the street and everyone wanted to test the rubber.
Round 1 saw TLR driver take TQ in the buggy using Beta tyres set the pace, Round 2 saw Nemo front man Jon Hazlewood take TQ with Beta rubber, round 3 saw Kev Brusden take round 3 with Beta tyres.

With freezing weather snow hail and sun the dirt track was not used and the astro track was pegged out for a cold days racing.
41 racers braved the conditions and the cold.

Karl Jackson and Sam Taylor dominated qualifying in the buggy class with Karl taking pole.
The Truggy class was a fight between John Geaves and Rob Gray with John Geaves on pole.
All finals were 20mins with top three to bump up.

Round 3 kick off this weekend 70 racers braved the condtions, with rain and bad weather before this weekend the modular was moved about to give the driest track possible. Big thanks to Pete Bird, club members and the Westmill farm team who removed the water from the track this resulted in a very fast flowing layout enjoyed by all.
We had Reece Sawyer debuting his AE RC8.2, and a lot of club drivers testing new cars at this meeting!

Well hello, here you will find my first race report on behalf of UNO-RC.

As a newly signed driver i gave my word too do a race report for every meeting good or bad, and i was hoping for my first too be a good one. How very wrong could i be, the day started well as you can see from the picture, the sun was out and the track was looking very good if a little dusty, so i thought a good start would be too go out on Louise RC B Pirate, it was a superb choice and had very good grip on and off line even if the track was very dusty, i decided on a soft compound as the temperature was quite warm and i wanted too try it as a little experiment.
