Hi Guys,
just wonderd if any of you have been snapping drive shafts? ive snaped a couple now, but havnt heard of anyone else having this problem? is it something im doing wrong?

Hi Will

It's the first i've heard of them snapping m8, where exactly are they breaking. I've had the grub screws come out from the centres when i first got the RC8 and bent a few but havn't broken any, i tend to replace mine when they begin to touch the hub or roll bar fitting. I dont think it's a weak point on the car m8, if you look at most cars they'll have a bent shaft, except for most of the full team drivers who can replace them as they bend them, i guess it's down to what we hit and how hard we hit things.

the 2 i snaped must have been 5gallons old, the CVD ball bit had snaped right off  Shocked im not to worried, must have just been cause they were old, thanks once again.
