Alright Will
i ran at slough last weekend and ended up with this m8,
5/7/3 in the diffs
1.4pistons with 2 1.1mm drilled holes in and 50wt oil all round, copper springs
started with 28mm ride height but lifted up to 30mm when it become muddy
M3/2 bowties (not on the new larger rims)
3 degree rear toe in and 2 up kick up on the rear wishbones
2 up kickup on the lower front wishbone and 2 up at the front and 1 dot at the rear on the upper arms
shocks on the outer hole of the wishbones all round (when the track dried out in the morning and got loose on some corners i moved the front shocks to the inner hole to give more steering, but found the car didn't jump as level as when on the outer hole, car was jumping nose up)

 Hope this helps m8

Yes m8 i'll be there, come over and say hi, i'll be with Elliot.
The only thing i might try on the day is a thinner centre diff, the shock oils and maybe try running a couple of plastic clutch shoes if its dusty but i'll wait and see what the conditions are like on the day, other from that as i said above m8.

i must be doing something right with my setups then

the only difference between the setups is i had 5k in my center diff  and i had stock pistons the rest seems the same   oh and the other difference is you being a damn site quicker than me  Cheesy

what caster are you running im still on the stock one as i seem to like that  but i would like a bit more front end grip if possible

I'm still running the kit caster aswell Bryan, what rollbars were you running, just looked at mine and realised i was running gold at the rear and silver up front, should of tried silver at the rear and black up front, would of given me more corner grip, Roll Eyes Roll Eyes nevermind something else to try on the day.

rollbars were gold/bronze front and rear

im guessing using thinner roll bars allows more grip?

when you install them do you attach them flush or do you have a few mm gap

Bryan,

I remember you saying you was still running bladders in your shocks, you've got to try the drilled RTR caps m8, you're be shocked how much better they are. I've got some made up ready to go if you want to try them, come over at the next meeting and we'll sling them on.

Yes m8 thinner rollbars allows the car to lean over more hence more grip,
and about 2mm showing
