Top day - shame the weather wasn't a bit kinder to us but at least we stayed more or less dry

Given how crummy my qualifying was (blew a throttle servo in round 1, did a CNC knuckle in round 2) and having to run about like a lunatic - only to find both my spare 'repaired by Ripmax' servos were both broken

didn't exactly help - I was absolutely blown away to get from 4th on the grid to win it, even if I did need a bit of misfortune for Adam to make it a 2 horse race with Rich Ford.
Adam nearly got his revenge at the last corner when Rich and I came round pretty much nose to tail on the last lap to find Adam upside down just before the loop!! I didn't think the gap up the inside was big enough for me to squeeze through, so opted to go wide and Rich - who had tunnel vision on the back of my car - went to the inside and thought he had me, only to find Adam's car blocking the run to the line. The 6 second gap on the timing was nothing like the actual gap.
Have to say today's racing was some of the cleanest I've seen for a long time - people who clipped other cars were waiting so they didn't gain an advantage (well most, anyway!) and the A final truggy was pretty clean from where I was standing.
Massive thanks to Glen for pitting for me in the A and for the shouts of encouragement, which really did help me keep a cool head.
