date change??

just wondering if it is at all possible if the date of the finals of the winter series would be able to be changed as it is the same day as the final of the Slough winter series and would be beneficial to both clubs

This is an issue that will be discussed with the series sponcer and whether there is a suitable altinative date.

will this be round 2 with a 3rd round being slipped in between the 18 Jan and 22 Feb that would get everything back on track

the round on the 18th will be changed from being round 3 to round 2 and we are tacking another date on the end for the final. This way no one has to change any arangements due to other comitments between the current existing rounds. As soon as we know the date we will let everyone know.

The date for the rescheduled Round 5 will be Sunday 22 March 2009.

This will date is to replace the 16 December date that was canceled due to adverse conditions.
