Unfortunately due to an insufficient number of entries for the 2nd round of the DRT Summer series, this round may have to be cancelled.
A minimum number of 20 entries are required to run a 2 Heat meeting.
A final decision will only be made on Friday evening (24/04/2009) and a relevant announcement made, at that time.

Lets see if we get an influx of entries to justify the meeting going ahead first.
IF it doesn't then there are options, depending on availability, to either open for practice or de-camp to another track for the day.
I or one of the other committee members will post up following the decision time tomorrow

I know of quite a few people who have mentioned that they are racing Sunday but haven't pre registered.
I personally haven't registered yet either but I'll be there.

Hi there If you're planning on attending then please fill out the pre-reg form at the top of this post - the entry list will be updated later, or if there's insufficient entries to justify the meeting going ahead an announcement will be posted here. This race date had to be moved to accommodate the SRS at Clanfield - unfortunately with so many events in past and near future this weekend is looking a bit light on entries. If you fill out the pre-reg there's more chance of the meeting going ahead  |

Guys, Surely we can still go to the meet sunday and see if other people turn up? some people dont have internet access if there isnt enough people come 9am on sunday then call it off no worries, but give it a chance at least and Adam i still want those bulkheads please |
