Hi guys, i ran at westmill over the weekend using the std set-up, car was good overall but i thought it could of done with having more steering, i ran all sorts of tyres on the day but still got the same result{kamikaze's, calibers, i-beams, crimes} and over the bumps was a bit unpredictable.

Ive noticed from various set up sheets that alot of people are using the 14 degree front caster blocks and was just wondering would this help with my steering issue?
and with the bumps would using xray grey springs all round with lighter oil help with the bumpy conditions?.

1 last things guys, the xray 5000 DIFF oil? is this the same as say fastrax 5000 wt oil

Any help much appreciated!

I ran Sunday too, my diff oils were 5,5,2. shocks were 40 front 35 rear with 1.4 pistons. My steering was good but my suspension could have been better but still an improvement on the standard.I also ran short wheel base and removed a bit of droop.

I ran Sunday too mate made the A final with this set up, still room for improvment tho Huh, my diff oils were 5,5,3. shocks were 45 front 1.5 pistons 40 rear with 1.4 pistons. My steering was with 10 degree front caster blocks i think??. I also ran short wheel base and removed a bit of droop, Tyres were kamikaze's softs, anti roll bars i think were front 2.4, rear were 2.6.... i mite go abit softer in the shocks, however that was my first time out with the Xray... so lets see what happen's at the next round at HMRC..
