No future events at Abberton site

sad news to announce no more racing activities are to be allowed at present site. local restrictions are strangling us and we have sourced a new venue that allows our destiny to be in our own hands. we have taken the decision to invest in new site rather than spend money on bringing site up to what local authorities require and this will also give you a much better venue and will be up to current A.R.C standards.
this obviously means there will be lack of venue for the immediate future.
the future looks bright and look forward to future support. feedback from you has been fantastic, and look at this as good will from both sides to support in new adventure.
the venue is still in Colchester and will much easier to access from major routes. we have a large site with which to make a national size venue and scope to make a brilliant venue for you. all track equipment will be transfered so the favoured astro that everybody likes will used again.
the plan is be open end of June as we are so looking forward to hosting SRS round, we do not want to disappoint which is another reason for move now.

we are holding a meeting tomorrow to finalise access to site with landowner and then we can move to next step. Good things come to those who wait.....
