Bit of a catch up to how things are progressing, as its now been several meetings with the agama.

Slough 30th jan a few weeks back we all saw the pictures which never really gave it justice or the damage frost does to a clay track. The practice had been the nuts with a hard surface clean car & great play time. Happy with the balance of the car on its maiden voyage & getting to grips with setup & different response the car gives. Was amazing that in a 20 minute period the track would just die & with it the cars that run. I did not race this round & pulling out is something I never do as its always good points but this time sense prevailed. Round 2/3 had to run getting good results.
The conditions did not allow for any worth while changes but just some tweaks for the final.
To be fair here was very happy with how it went, pace was quick enough & stayed with the front few for half the race. Two grip roll scenarios lost the tow & a chance to fight but very happy.

Clanfield 13th feb dodgy weather forecast but worth the risk as wanted some play time. On arrival a puddle free track that would hold up & give good racing if the rain would stay away. A reasonable turn out with a few pro's in Brunsden & Truman with local wizards Wolf & Kerr would spice it up.
The start of rnd 1 where a fine drizzle would sit on us & start the decline of the track,  the track now a little sticky but not to bad as the pace did not slow. For me now getting to grip with the car hit the fastest lap times but a bobble cost the overall TQ. Well chuffed in the pace as its consistency where i normally gain so this & pace when it clicks will be very promising for the year ahead.
Rnd 2 & just managed to clean the car, but the rain would make the suface a water & mud mix that only leads to one thing & wrecked bearings. Hein site should of gone home then but went out stupid fool, a small tweak to rear ride height  found the extra pace i wanted & was on for a blinder swaping the overall lead with tony all race till a 13 second last lap bobble doh! Just an unlucky bump & the way it goes on a blown track.

From here called it a day as knew the car needed a full strip to dry it out & save it from a right off if left. All though plenty of work for when i got home worth it as the car was a pleasure to drive & has given me plenty of confidence for the year ahead.

Slough next week weather permitting so see ya there
