Well I am still smiling after an awsome Panther Cup 2008

I was also running the new GRP .28 engine and pipe in my Xray XT8 Truggy which was proving to be one of the nicest engines I have ever run so smooth through the power band and some awesome top end speed.

This will be a good choice for any club racer as it proved reliable the entire weekend. It didn't miss a beat and was a fantastic power house for the Truggy and having never run a .28 before I had my reservations but this was short lived after putting it through its paces around the race track.

This engine has a perfect combination of power and speed delivering the perfect race engine of choice
Delivering all the speed I could ever want down the straights and the sheer power jumping the jumps was impressive. It powered over them with ease and I could almost sense it tempting me to push harder and harder every lap almost edging me on.

I will be posting the ideal needle settings that can be used as a starting point once you have run the engine in. This  will be a good starting point for anyone getting one of these engines.
