Hi all, My names Martin and i am looking to get into racing again? I used to race 1/10 electric years ago but i have recently got a nitro buggy just for fun. This has got me thinking about racing again?
I am living in Chesham(buckinghamshire) and went along to Slough on sunday to watch their race day so now i am totally got the bug back.

Looking for some other tracks and clubs, i have already found HNMC thanks to guys @ models in motion.

Hopefully i will see some of you guys around some of the tracks soon?

Thanks MR Piraterc, Great forum by the way very usefull. Where can i get some advice on buying a good car? I have been looking at the Xray XB8 Ec, even though i know the 808 is better car , its a budget thing?

Would this be a good start up car?

I would consider making an offer on that as i do know that car has been well looked after

At the end of the day you can go far wrong with an xray as they are top quality.

However as its all about personal choice it is something only you can decide.

Have you managed to talk to the guys at the tracks and inquire about the diffrent cars to assist with your choice.
