hiya

can any one help me please iv played about with my Mac Star .28 Engine out of my hyper st
and now i get a quick burst of speed from 0 to 25% of the acceleration and then it keeps a constance speed
and sounds boggy?. i need the factory setting

Mac Star .28 base settings.

"HSN , screw down, then reopen 4 1/2 turns"
"LSN , screw down, then reopen 2 1/2 turns"

This is not from me its information i found pertaining to your specific engine, but perhaps it will help you

Alright Kieron.
Its Jim, you just had to go and twiddle didnt you...we have all done it.
Just pulled this from google which may help you get back on track
HSN , screw down, then reopen 4 1/2 turns
LSN , screw down, then reopen 2 1/2 turns
HSN being high setting needle and LSN being low setting needle although it doesnt mention midrange although on most of thie engines ive had bringing the screw out flush with the carb body is a starting point.
I hasten to add that should you do damage to your engine i am only suggesting some settings, although i can flog you a new engine!!!
Or leave it till i see you next.
